So then, my new keyboard (a WOBKEY Crush 80 Pro arrived this morning, and the minute I began typing on this beautiful and weighty keyboard (It's nearly 5½ pounds!), whatever thoughts I had about how I was going to connect it to my computer vanished.
What an absolute joy to type on. What a lovely sound. What a convenient size! It probably doesn't hurt that I purchased a nice long purple USB-C cable for it yesterday and it somehow coordinates perfectly. Like it was designed for it.
Since I'm off from work this week, I'll deal with connecting it to my work computer via Bluetooth then. I don't have any doubt that it will work as it should. I'll even try it out on my main computer via Bluetooth at some point.
For now?
I'm more than preoccupied with typing things!
Update: I am now on Bluetooth with this keyboard and, well, after an hour, it's so far so good! When I tried the Logitech K780 that I normally use for my work computer earlier in the day, it began showing the disconnection problem almost immediately.
