There is one more work week left until I am off. From the looks of it, I will be leaving the rest of my team in as good a shape as I possibly can. Which, really, is all I can ask for.
Combined with everything else, it sure feel like a crawl across the finish line and certainly not much of a sprint.
A Less Adventurous Saturday
Had you asked me on Friday, I'd have said that Kathleen and I planned to visit the Chinatown Night Market today to see the sights and enjoy some of the great food. We visited last year and had a lovely time, so we were looking forward to it!
After another mostly-sleepless night, I just didn't have it in me. The double-barrelled malaise has ganged up on me with my food hobgoblin, which made the prospect of wandering up and down Somerset West in search of food too frightening to contemplate.
Instead, in need of new tea, we decided to take ourselves on a much less exciting and more errands-based adventure to the Byward Market to visit the Tea Store.
Notwithstanding recent disappointments in colour development, I loaded a roll of Ilford FP4+ and made photos on this more low-key adventure. They will be on lottiephoto.ca on Monday Tuesday morning. 📷☺️
