You mimght have noticed that I added a new link to the navigation above. It leads to a /watched page. It was recently reported that the movie website I had been using (Letterboxd) is being shopped around to a number of possible suitors, most of whom are a motley assortment of companies who don't much care for my sort.

Since I (a) don't want to associate with organizations like Netflix or Skydance; (b) only ever used Letterboxd to keep track of movies I've watched (since Criterion Channel doesn't keep watched state once a movie has been rotated out); and (c) I'm likely to forget to fill in a list in a spreadsheet, I decided to make it a page here.

If you might be interested in seeing the movies Kathleen and I have watched since I began keeping track last year, you may here. We haven't been watching much lately due to Criterion's selection not being as interesting to us lately and my healing bed sore, which has meant I can't really sit again until it is healed.

Sore, Almost No More

Speaking of the unexpected and lesson-bearing gift I received while recovering from surgery, it's geting close to being healed. Saved for a thick scab over the worst of the damage, the rest is much better and it should only be a matter of days now.

Since I'm getting rather tired of laying on my side to type these posts out, it won't be a moment too soon!
