...Well, maybe. I haven't been sleeping as well lately, and I know that it's because I haven't been getting out enough.
It's always a bit more challenging at this time of year: it's not only colder and darker, but unless we're getting regular snow, things aren't all that pretty either.
Still, as cold as it is (it was -25C when I walked to work this morning), seeing the sun is really really motivating. That's why Kathleen and I went on a walk around the neighbourhood yesterday. Sure, it was short, but without the sun shining, it would have been even shorter.
Since this weekend is promising to be a bit sunnier, I think we'll be getting out a little more!
